Movie day

Today we watched how to train you dragon in the morning and Rio 2 in the afternoon. We enjoyed all the pillows and mats while watching the movie and eating our popcorn and drinking juice!!

We stretched out in between movies with some Just Dance:

Science Day

We started our day with a fun experiment on blowing up a balloon without our mouths:

first we poured baking soda into our balloons:

Then we put vinegar in a water bottle, attached the balloon, tipped the baking soda in and watched the reaction!!!!

Next we experimented with glue, borax, food colouring and warm water to make slime:

In the afternoon we had a contest to see which table's cloud could hold the most rain (shaving cream on top of water, blue food colouring):

We also made our own paper airplanes and raced them:
